LIBRARY SERVICES AND FACILITIES
LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP : -
All the Library facilities are provided to the Library Members only and Library Membership is given to enrolled students and Staff (B.Pharm, M.Pharm) and Special Library facility for parents for annual membership.
READING ROOM FACILITY: -
Library has 2 excellent reading hall with 125 comfortable chairs for girls section and 150 chairs for boys section with tables. The reading room remains open from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. all days including holidays and sundays.
DIGITAL LIBRARY : -
Allana College of Pharmacy provides a full fledged air conditioned Digital-library for its students. All the 60 Computers are connected to the Internet. Students can use Digital library to access Subscribed E-Resources as well Open Educational Resources to complete their project work.
WI-FI FACILITY :-
Wi-fi facility is available in the library Stack room and Boys Reading Hall and Girls Reading Hall. For Registration please contact to library staff.
ON LINE PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOGUE (OPAC) : -
Library has OPAC of its holdings and users can search database of books and journals through Title, Author, Subject, Publisher and etc. OPAC also helps the users to search database of other college libraries in Azam Campus and the status of Books and other documents.
CIRCULATION (ISSUE/RETURN AND REFERENCE OF BOOKS) : -
Library Members of B.Pharm, M.pharm and Phd. (Student, Teaching, Non-Teaching and Parents) may borrow 2 books at a time for home for 06 days. A fine of Re. 5 per day per book will be charged if books are not returned on time. Reference books are not allowed for home lending. For Reading Room Students can access any number of books as for this purpose Library is under Open Access System.
BOOK BANK SERVICES : -
Library Members (Only B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Phd Students) each student minimum 10 to 15 books relevant to that subjects and syllabus for home lending for whole academic year.
XEROX/PRINTING/SCANNING FACILITY : -
Library provides photocopy(xerox), printouts service (reading material only) to the students at nominal charges.

LIBRARY ORIENTATION-CUM-TRAINING PROGRAMME : -
At the beginning of every academic year, orientation programmes are organized in the Library for new students. Orientation programme includes library tour, familiarity with OPAC, reference and allied tools useful for legal research. Students are guided by the library staff to be familiar with the collection and its location within the library. Library staff also organises Training Programmes for the students of UG/PG Courses on "How to Search Legal Databases and Open Educational Resources".
MEMBERSHIP OF NATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY OF INDIA : -
Our library has Institutional Membership of National Digital Library of India and students are provided membership to access more than 1.89 Crore documents from anywhere. NDL app available.
